• Accountability : Birchman Company agents are real estate professionals who pride themselves on providing the client with correct information in a timely manner.
• Protection : The Birchman Company agents must protect their clients from foreseeable risks and harm.
• Advice/Counsel : Birchman Company agents must provide their clients with competent advice and counsel.
• Competency : Birchman Company agents must attain expertise in the home buying process negotiation skills and market valuation techniques for the Greater Austin Area.
